LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Depressed of rebuke, an ASI, named Azeem Ashraf, stationed at Defence A Police Station allegedly committed suicide on Sunday, shooting himself in the head, reported Dunya News. According to police, the ASI shot himself in the head from his official pistol. The dead body has been shifted to the morgue for postmortem. Azeem was a resident of Narowal and father of 2 children.Police told that the dead body will be handed to the relatives after completion of the process.On the other hand, IG Punjab Mushtaq Sukhera has taken notice of the incident and ordered CCPO Ameen Wains to investigate the matter.
